Om de afmetingen van de funderingen te vergroten en tegelijkertijd het gewicht van deze funderingen binnen de perken te houden, worden monopalen steeds slanker. Dit is een geweldige prestatie van ontwerpers en fabrikanten van monopalen. Maar wat is er nodig aan de kant van de apparatuur om deze enorme funderingen op te tillen en te hanteren?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Invloed op upending tools<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het ontwerp van een monopile opbuiggereedschap is afhankelijk van de integriteit van de monopile. Een slanke monopaal vereist meer verbindingspunten van het ophooggereedschap om de belasting te verdelen. Tegelijkertijd mag het gewicht van het ophooggereedschap niet toenemen, omdat de kraancapaciteit van offshore installatieschepen gemakkelijk wordt bereikt met de zware constructies die we tegenwoordig zien. We zagen dezelfde uitdagingen bij het ontwerp van een drijvende monopile tool (ook wel wet tow plug genoemd). Hoewel het een drijvende toepassing is, heeft het dezelfde principes als een upending tool. De uitdaging hier was om sterkte en redundantie toe te voegen aan de drijvende monopile tool, maar zonder er meer gewicht aan toe te voegen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Veilige installatie van palen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Risico's verminderen en zorgen voor een veilige werking is een continu proces voor offshoreprojecten. Bij de casingliftadapter - een upendgereedschap voor boorpalen - hebben we dit met twee dingen bereikt. Aan de kant van de apparatuur kozen we ervoor om onze casingliftadapter te bedienen met een Balltec-tool. Een eenvoudig te bedienen hulpmiddel dat ook andere apparatuur tijdens hetzelfde project kon hanteren. Er was minder rigging nodig en we konden meteen aan de slag. Ten tweede het ontwerp. Om de verbuizingliftadapter in de boorpaal te installeren, ontwierpen we de verbuizingliftadapter zodanig dat de positie van de COG geoptimaliseerd was voor eenvoudige installatie in de boorpaal. Om de boorbuisadapter in de boorpaal te vergrendelen, kozen we voor robuuste pennen. Het vergrendelmechanisme is zo ontworpen dat er een veilige verbinding blijft bestaan, zelfs als de hydraulische kracht onverwacht wegvalt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als je meer inzicht of een klankbord nodig hebt om alle variabelen te bespreken, is KENC slechts \u00e9\u00e9n telefoontje of e-mail van je verwijderd.
