Een innovatief gereedschap ontwerpen en bouwen dat de werkbaarheid verhoogt, dat is de uitdaging. Innovatie gaat over slim zijn. Soms is het toevoegen van functionaliteit en een hogere mate van automatisering aan je tool een slimme manier om de werkbaarheid te vergroten. Er zijn echter ook situaties waarin innovatie ligt in een vereenvoudiging van bestaande methoden en apparatuur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vereenvoudiging van handelingen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In de afgelopen 20 jaar (ja, het is ons jubileumjaar!) hebben we veel verschillende offshore tools gezien en geleverd. We hebben het vertrouwen van onze klanten niet alleen gewonnen door tools geavanceerder te maken, maar ook door de flexibiliteit te tonen om apparatuur waar mogelijk te vereenvoudigen. Een recent voorbeeld is de casingliftadapter voor<br>Van Oord's Saint-Brieuc offshore windmolenpark project. Het ontwerp van het gereedschap maakt een snelle verandering van ori\u00ebntatie van verticaal naar horizontaal mogelijk, wat het operationele proces aanzienlijk versnelt. Het toevoegen van functionaliteit verhoogde hier de werkbaarheid. <strong>Geweldige video van het gereedschap via deze link\u00a0<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zwaar hijsvermogen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Momenteel werken we echter aan een nieuw werktuig dat enorme funderingsstructuren moet optillen. De huidige oplossing is een complex hydraulisch hulpmiddel dat zal worden vervangen door meerdere eenvoudige tijdelijke constructies. Vereenvoudiging vergroot hier de werkbaarheid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Samen, verder<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het ontwikkelen van deze tools doen we niet alleen. We doen dit samen met onze ingenieurs, het projectteam en de eindklant. Het maakt niet uit wat voor soort apparatuur, het komt allemaal neer op samenwerken. Samenwerken. We zijn trots op de kennis die we hebben opgedaan bij uiteenlopende technische uitdagingen. Dit stelt ons in staat om kennis in te brengen over processen, operaties en hoe dit te vertalen naar slimme ontwerpkeuzes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als je benieuwd bent hoe we op de casingliftadapter zijn gekomen of als je van gedachten wilt wisselen over een andere technische uitdaging, bel ons dan even.
